BE YOU BELLY DANCE

-Follow guided warm ups to build strength, posture and flexibility
-Learn and practice in belly dance fundamentals and finger cymbals
-Play in a range of styles and movements that make up this feminine art form
-Enjoy a cool mix music that ranges from pop to traditional and "far away" sounds

This is a supportive environment. It's safe to be vulnerable, new and inexperienced. 

* A MAKE-UP DAY IS SET FOR Sat September 30th at 11:00am. In the event any unanticipated class cancelation occurs on the part of the instructor, the make-up date for that class will be September 30th. There are no make up classes available for absences on the part of the student.
