This class is designed to introduce students to the “Hot 26” postures. It will be taught at a basic level but is opened to all experienced practitioners. If you have ever wanted to find out what all the hype is about this will be a safe environment to do it in. The room will be warm but not as hot as a typical “Hot 26” class. Expect to sweat in this class, learn something new, and have fun! Students are asked to bring plenty of water, a mat, a hand towel, and a large towel to put over the mat.
